The assistance services are provided and operated by IGS Assistance S.A. DE C.V., which assumes exclusive responsibility for the provision of the service; therefore, Grupo Xcaret is not responsible for the services offered.
With your purchase, you have total coverage of 20 days. This includes protection starting 5 (five) days before your arrival at the hotel, during your stay, and up to 15 (fifteen) days after. Coverage applies as long as you are at the destination.
If you make any changes to your visit date, the assistance program is not lost. We adapt to the date you choose to stay at any Grupo Xcaret hotel.
You will have access to medical assistance for greater peace of mind, travel assistance, protection for your mobile phone against liquid damage, support in case of lost luggage, among others.
