About your plan
Roadside assistance is a service that helps drivers when their vehicle breaks down or they encounter other issues while on the road. This can include services like towing, battery jump-starts, flat tire changes, fuel delivery, and lockout assistance.
Towing Services
When towing is necessary, the disabled Covered Vehicle will be towed to the nearest qualified repair facility or to a repair facility of your choice. This coverage is limited to a maximum distance of 25 miles or up to $250 per event. Any additional expenses beyond this limit will be the responsibility of the customer
Flat Tire Assistance
If the Covered Vehicle’s spare tire is serviceable, it will be installed to replace the flat tire. If the disabled Covered Vehicle has no serviceable spare, or if it has two or more flat tires, the vehicle will be towed
Fuel, Oil, Fluid and Water Delivery Service
An emergency supply of gasoline, oil, fluid and water will be delivered . The customer must pay for the costs of the actual fluids delivered.
Lock-Out Assistance:
In the event your keys are locked inside your vehicle, assistance will be provided in gaining entry to your vehicle and trunk if the car has a trunk release, up to $250 per occurrence, or we can tow you to either a locksmith or to another destination of your choice,

If a battery failure occurs, a battery jump-start will be provided to start the Covered Vehicle.

Covered services
Towing:When towing is necessary, the disabled Covered Vehicle will be towed to the nearest qualified repair facility or to a repair facility of your choice. Many members also call to discuss replacement or new parts pricing for items as varied as tires, GPS systems, etc. We’ll try to let Our knowledge and experience serve You whenever and wherever You need it.
Repair Advocate Assistance: If should Your Covered Vehicle experience a mechanical failure, call Us for technical assistance and a diagnosis of what issues may be afflicting Your vehicle. If repairs are necessary, Your Repair Assist specialist can still help by suggesting a qualified repair facility to assist You and, regardless of which facility You choose advocate on Your behalf.
Auto Repair Discount: Your Repair Assist advocate may also help You save on the cost of necessary repairs to Your Covered Vehicle. You can save up to fifty percent (50%) [up to a maximum of five-hundred dollars ($500.00) per occurrence and a total of one-thousand dollars ($1,000.00) during any continuous twelve (12) month period while Your Membership is active
